EMTEC Intros Tiny Ion-Powered G-Box Nettop


EMTEC has recently unveiled their upcoming nettop PC based on NVIDIA Ion platform. Dubbed as the G-Box, this tiny computer adopts an Intel Atom CPU with the HD-capable graphics and system combo chipset. Other features include a 160GB hard drive, a VGA output, six USB ports and runs on Windows XP OS. The G-Box is expected to be priced around $293.

Acer Aspire M5800 and M3800 Desktops


Acer today launched two desktops and one LCD display. The new Aspire M5800 tower comes jam packed with a 2.66GHz Core 2 Quad CPU with a 8GB of RAM, a 1.5GB GeForce GT230 graphics, a 740GB drive and a HDMI out for $800. Meanwhile, the Aspire M3800 and X3810 feature a 2.5GHz Pentium with an integrated X4500 graphics and a HDMI out. The Aspire M3800 and X3810 retails for $450 in a tower or $529 in a low-profile case. Acer also released the 23-inch H235H LCD display, which offers a 1080p resolution, a 2ms response time, a 160-degree viewing angle, and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio for $239.

ViewSonic has just announced the availability of its VPC100 all-in-one PC that was introduced back in April. In case you’ve forgotten, this super-thin PC offers an 18.5-inch LCD with a 1366×768 resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, a 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a built-in DVD drive, a 4-in-1 card reader, four USB 2.0 ports, Wi-Fi, a gigabit Ethernet port, a pair of 2.5W speakers and runs on Windows XP Home OS. In addition, it also includes a full-size keyboard and an optical mouse. The VPC100 all-in-one PC is available now, priced at $599.

Hardcore gamers should check out this HD gaming PC from Maingear. Known as the Axess HD Gamer, the computer comes with powerful specifications. The PC is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor with up to 12GB DDR3 RAM, 2x nVidia GeForce 9800 GT cards in SLI, Phantom Lapboard, a Blu-ray optical drive, 8-channel HD audio, up to 4TB hard drive space, DVI-D, VGA, HDMI and component out. First Barebone PC From Shuttle To Support AMD Socket AM3 Processors


Shuttle PC just introduced a new mini-PC in the form of the SA76G2, which is the first barebone that support AMD socket AM3 processors using the 760G chipset, including the Phenom II and original Phenom, Athlon 64 X2, Athlon 64 and Sempron CPUs. The computer supports two DDR2 DIMM slots for up to 8GB of RAM and is backwards-compatible with AM2 and AM2+ CPUs. The ATI Radeon 3000 onboard graphics chipset is capable of driving two separate displays, while the PC’s PCI Express 2.0 slot can accommodate a separate graphics card. Other features include six USB 2.0 ports, a PS2 port, a VGA port, a DVI connection and audio input and output. Measuring 11.8-inch x 7.9-inch x 7.3-inch, the mini-PC comes with a 250W power supply with heatpipe cooling. The Shuttle SA76G2 is now available for $265.

Dignlab Wall-Mounted PC


Dignlab has showed off the world’s first wall-mounted PC equipped with a 7-inch touch LCD panel during COMPUTEX 2009. Measuring at just 56mm x 196mm x 325mm, the computer comes with a 7-inch touchscreen LCD display, a 3.5-inch hard drive, and a built-in memory card reader. No info on pricing so far.

Epson Endeavor NP11-V Nettop PC


The Epson Endeavor NP11-V is an energy efficient nettop that needs only 40Watts of power. The mini computer is powered by an Intel Atom 230 CPU with a standard SIS672 or SIS968 chipset, a 1GB RAM and a 160GB HDD. If you are interested, you can buy the Endeavor NP11-V for around 195 Euro ($272).

Acer Gateway One ZX6800 All-In-One PC


The Gateway One ZX6800 is the latest all-in-one PC from Acer that sports a 23-inch full HD touchscreen. Other interesting features include an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a UMA discrete graphics, a DDR3 memory, a 3.5-inch SATA II HDD, a webcam, a hybrid TV tuner card, built-in HD speakers, WiFi and Windows Vista OS. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and availability yet.

Maingear Pulse Gaming PC


Most of high-powered gaming PCs come with 1000+W power supplies. However, Maingear’s Pulse Gaming PC is different. The desktop is powered by only 300W Power Supply (80% more energy efficient). It boasts an Intel 65-Watt dual or quad core CPU, nVidia Ion chipset with internal GF 9300 GPU, and an optional Geforce 9800GT ECO graphics card. The integrated GeForce 9300 is not fast enough, but it will run older games and more recent games with reduced image quality and resolution.

Via Amos 3000 Computer


Here is the Via Amos 3000, a fanless computer that is powered by a 500MHz processor and VESA mounting tracks, so you can screw it into the back of most monitors. Its Pico ITX motherboard supports a 1GB of RAM, UniChrome video, Gigabit Ethernet, and a single 44-pin IDE interface. Other features include four USB ports, a VGA, a DVI and a serial port on the back. The computer runs on either Windows XP, XP embedded or CE.

Maingear ePhex X58 Elite Gaming PC


Maingear comes back with a gaming PC in the form of the ePhex X58 Elite. The computer adopts Asus X58 motherboard which is capable of holding multiple video cards from either NVIDIA or ATI. You can install up to three NVIDIA GTX 285s or ATI HD 4890s. The ePhex X58 Elite also supports up to 24GB RAM with an Intel Core i7 975 Extreme processor. However, you should have at least $5,660 in order to buy the Maingear ePhex X58 Elite Gaming PC.

Priced at only $539, the CyberPower Gamer Ultra 7208 features a 2.8GHz AMD Athlon dual core processor, a 4GB RAM, nVidia GeForce 9500GT video card with 1GB VRAM, and a 500GB hard drive. Other features include a 22x DVD burner, on-board Surround Sound and LAN. The PC is powered by Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit.

Shuttle X Vision X50 Ultra-Slim All-In-One PC


Shuttle has unveiled their latest ultra-slim all-in-one PC during COMPUTEX 2009. Dubbed as the X Vision X50, the system boasts a 15.6-inch LCD touchscreen display with stylus pen, an Intel Atom 330 Dual Core processor, a 1.3MP webcam, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD, a 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi and supports both Windows Vista Home Basic as well as Windows XP Home editions. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment.

The VE570/TG is the latest all-in-one PC from NEC that is powered by a 18.5-inch LCD screen with 1366 x 768 resolution, a 1.5GHz AMD Athlon X2 e3250 CPU, an AMD M690V chipset, a 2GB of RAM, a 500GB of HDD, and Wi-Fi. No info on pricing so far.

Acer Aspire easyStore Expandable 1TB Windows Home Server Cube



It seems that famous laptop maker Acer wants to conquer home server market by releasing its first Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N with built-in Windows Home Server. This HP MediaSmart competitor is powered by an Intel Atom 230 processor with a 2GB DDR2 RAM, a 1TB of HDD, and three 3.5-inch hot swappable bays for a total of 7TB of storage space. The Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N also supports a DLNA 1.5 certification and retails for only $400 each.
