Philips X550, Another Phone With impressive Battery Lifetime
Philips has unveiled their latest candybar phone namely the Philips X550 that features an impressive battery lifetime (up to one month in stand-by mode). However, this new handset doesn’t have any 3G connectivity, instead it only relies on GPRS and EDGE for data transfers, so it might probably be sold only in China and Eastern Europe. So here’s the rest of the specs, a QVGA display with 262k colors, a 3.2MP autofocus camera, a microSD card slot (up to 8GB), an FM radio with RDS and Bluetooth connectivity. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and availability yet.
